Jeff
Seawell is our inspector. He does all of the inspections for the House
Detective Home Inspection Services, Inc. This company is his full
time job.
He has no other business that he is involved in.
Jeff
comes from an engineering background with a four-year engineering
degree. With over 20 years experience in engineering, he has the
technical ability
along with the attention to detail that is required of a good
inspector.
Also with the engineering background, Jeff has spent a lot of time in
front
of customers. This experience has given him his excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written. He has an excellent "bedside" manner
and can explain things to both the highly technical people as well
as the first time homebuyer on their terms.
Jeff
Seawell is no stranger to real estate or the real estate transaction.
Jeff has
completed the state required 72 hours of training to become a real
estate
agent. Jeff has also taken and passed the Wisconsin State test for
a Real Estate Agent. He has also owned a number of duplexes and homes.
He understands the complete process involved for the real estate
transaction for a homeowner and for rental property.
Jeff
Seawell has completed an extensive training from the American Home
Inspector Training Institute. This training consisted of both lectures
and hands on. This training comes with the backing of over 20,000
inspections. Jeff has also taken the State and National Home Inspector
Exams and is licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Home Inspector.
Jeff has also taken
the state test and is certified to do Rental Weatherization Inspections
(DILHR).
