House Detective provides pre-claim inspections. These pre-claim inspections are advantageous for both property owners and insurance agents. House Detectives will inspect, assess damages, scope damages, take photographs, and provide a fair initial cost estimate of repairs. House Detectives are not insurance adjusters, and will not review the insurance policy that applies to the property, but we can still provide an inspection of the home that can be used by the insurance company. After House Detective gives the home inspection report to the property owner, the owner can then turn it into a claim, or determine that an insurance claim is not feasible.
