Signs That Homebuilding may be Increasing in the U.S.
In April The National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) housing market index was up to its highest level since September. This appears to be related to the federal tax credits that are available through the month and continued low mortgage rates. While there are still things that need to be improved like the high unemployment rate, builders are seeing some cautious increases in building.
