Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
We are often not the first inspection company our clients experience. Many times, clients have described a negative experience with a prior inspection by a different company. And the negative experience they most often describe, is being unsatisfied about what they learned.
But not because the inspection was inadequate, not detailed enough, or something was missed. It was because the inspector made them feel like they were asking too many questions. Like it was bothering the inspector to ask questions. That will never happen with House Detective.
We know what information the written inspection report must contain, and the questions it needs to answer. And our report does that. But reading a report is not the only way questions get answered.
When you ask a question, we will answer it to the best of our ability, because it is important to us that you get all your questions answered. When our work is complete, we want our clients to feel satisfied that they have received the answers they need, so they can move forward with confidence.
